I love the cabinet, it’s beautiful! I removed a star because I contacted customer service about a shipping update and never received a reply. Then, when it actually got delivered, it was just one man who barely spoke English. He asked me to help him bring it inside. I’m 39 and 140lbs. I do go to the gym, but this cabinet is VERY heavy and there’s no where to get a grip. It was very difficult getting it inside, and a corner of the cabinet chipped in the process.
There was no glass on top, but great dresser!

The item description said that there was a glass top. When the item arrived, the glass top was not included. I contacted the company and they apologized for misrepresenting the item, had a glass top made, and shipped to me with no charge or hassle.

Dolphin and Flamingo presented the chairs accurately, were very responsive to my questions, and delivery was quick and easy. The chairs are in good shape but needed further cleaning, which is to be expected. The problems I have had are to do with the difficulty in having them cleaned thoroughly (you have to be careful with too much water with rattan) and having casters and cushions replaced at a reasonable price. Something for the buyers to check out before purchase.

The mirror is beautiful, was very well-package for shipment and arrived undamaged, except for a small problem. The push points that were supposed to hold the mirror in place inside the frame were inadequate and had mostly fallen out. Obviously, the mirror could not be hung in that condition. I contacted Dolphin & Flamingo; they replied promptly. They said they don't do any restoration before selling, which I understand. They said they would pay to have the problem corrected if it wasn't "too expensive." Luckily my local frame shop had a nail gun they used to put in stronger points and didn't charge me anything. But it was an unpleasant surprise to open the package and have the mirror unconnected to the frame.

Pleased with the purchase. Item is as described and has only minor imperfections/damages. Seller was good to work with and only issue with the process involved the delivery. I expected at least 24 hour notice and instead got notice of a 8pm/9pm delivery at noon that day. Questioned the lateness and it did get adjusted to 4pm/5pm, which did occur. Also turns out the driver needed help delivering off the vehicle, which was relayed at the time of the delivery notice. Thankfully that was not an issue for us, but could be for others. Some advance planning could have made the shipping a 5 verses a 3. On a more positive note, everyone was pleasant to work with and represented the store well.
These pieces are exactly as described. They were so helpful with all of my annoying questions. Highly recommended seller. Thanks again!!!
