The only suggestion I have is that possibly the cushions should not have been included in the photographs because they are smelly and stained - unusable, really. Otherwise I have no suggestions for improvement. Communication was clear and quick, pictures were good and delivery amazingly fast. As I said in my review, my disappointment is only in how much I have had to spend to make the chairs suit me.

Dolphin and Flamingo presented the chairs accurately, were very responsive to my questions, and delivery was quick and easy. The chairs are in good shape but needed further cleaning, which is to be expected. The problems I have had are to do with the difficulty in having them cleaned thoroughly (you have to be careful with too much water with rattan) and having casters and cushions replaced at a reasonable price. Something for the buyers to check out before purchase.
