Our deliveries do not include carrying large and heavy items up staircases and through tight or “hard to fit” areas unless the details have been confirmed with us prior. Please keep in mind that large items are normally delivered by one person who drove it all the way from us (Delray Beach, FL) to you and they may not be equipped to carry your items inside all by themselves.
