Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If no information regarding delivery restrictions has been provided, you will still be held liable for the cost of delivery if the item has to be returned to us due to your unavailability to accept the item. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery during the designated time frame to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges.
Large and Heavy Items: Our standard delivery service does not include the transportation of large and heavy items up staircases or through narrow or challenging spaces, unless we have received confirmation of such details from you in advance. This proactive step is taken to guarantee the safe delivery of your items.
Single-Driver Delivery: Large items are typically delivered by a single driver who has traveled from our location in Delray Beach, FL to your destination. It’s important to understand that this driver may not have the necessary equipment or assistance to carry your items into your home single-handedly.
Certificate of Insurance (COI): If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for delivery service providers to enter the property, please ensure that this requirement is communicated to us before making your purchase. This information is crucial if you expect the driver to deliver your items inside your home.
Delivery Options: In cases where the driver is not permitted to enter the property due to building regulations or other restrictions, they will make the necessary arrangements. This may include leaving your items curbside or in a designated delivery room within your building, ensuring the items are easily accessible to you.

Dolphin & Flamingo currently does not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and P.O. boxes within the USA.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Dolphin & Flamingo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states of the USA.
